A milestone project of the residential district “City of Quays" (Moscow region, Khimki) in August 2014 became the winner of the Architectural Award of the Governor of Moscow region established this year. In total 212 projects were submitted to the contest.

Residential district "Opalikha O2" (Moscow region, Krasnogorsky district) became the laureate of the "Best residential complex of economy class under construction near Moscow" at Urban Awards 2012.
