Rafram Chaddad

Rafram Chaddad was born in 1976 in the island of Djerba (Tunisia). He grew up in Israel and since 2001 has been working in the arts field, including performance, photography and video art. Rafram is the coordinator of Slow Food in Israel, working on Jewish food projects and teaching a course about food in the Bezalel Art Academy. In 2010 he was kidnapped in Libya by its secret police. Only six months after, he was smuggled out from one of the most terrible prisons in the whole world, the Abu Salim prison.
