Bożena Muszkalska – professor in the Institutes of Musicology of Wroclaw University and of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She has carried out numerous projects associated with field research in Poland, Sardinia, Portugal, Belarus, Lithuania, Rumanian Bucovina, Ukraine, Siberia, Brazil, Turkey and Australia. She is author of the book “Their voice goes out into all the earth. Music in the religious life of the Ashkenazi Jews” as well as of many articles of Jewish music.
